E-Pembelajaran Sektor Awam (EPSA) is the Malaysian Public Sector learning portal. Being the first ever e-learning package for the civil servants in the public sector, EPSA provides a newer model of training approach that focuses on decentralised learning, making learning to be more time and cost effective. Being in the information age, the demand for learning as part of a lifelong challenge will in turn create a demand in the work force for education. This demand will exceed the capability of traditional institutions to deliver. Hence, EPSA was inspired by the fact that training needs in this global economy is becoming more challenging and should not be constrained by the four walls of a classroom.
