To register to EPSA, user has to click on the “Sign Up New Member” button. User has to fill up the information needed and the field with (*) is compulsory. The user will receive an email stating that his/her registration is successful. User will be given an User ID and Password to access EPSA system through the email.
Users are allowed only to use their official email address to register into EPSA. Users who do not have an official email will need a letter of recommendation from their respective organization/department as a supporting document to be sent to Program E-Pembelajaran Sektor Awam for verification.
What are the steps to be taken if the user forget their User ID or Password?
If a user forgot his/her User ID or Password, the user can click “Recover” button and submit their User ID, IC Number and Official Email Address by filling up the "Recover Password" Form. A new User ID and Password will be sent to the user through his/her official email. If the user does not receive the email, please contact EPSA Technical Unit at 03-2084 7777 ext. 7746.
