Our nation needs to provide an excellent public service in order to enhance the nation’s competitiveness and achive prosperity for the people. The public sector needs to comprise of capable, professional and charismatic personnel. I believe that the existence of the Public Sector E-Learning System ( EPSA ) will provide the public sector personnel with opportunities for enhancement and gaining knowledge in a continuous and borderless manner as depicted by the EPSA tagline, Learning Anytime Anywhere.

Congratulations to INTAN for realizing the EPSA system. The EPSA project is one of the projects planned in the RMK-9 to improve human capital development in the public sector. The launch of EPSA marks the beginning of the existence of dynamic and high performing public sector personnel. I urge all public sector personnel to use EPSA fully in enhancing their competency towards achieving an excellent and glorious public service delivery.
