Bismillahirrahmanirahim,
Assalam-mu-alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh .  

The launch of EPSA signifies a new training era in the public sector. It complements the existing mechanism, improving effectiveness and will increase the number of public sector personnel that can participate in training as well as provides flexibility in choosing when and where to learn.

INTAN is honoured to be given the role to spearhead the development of the EPSA system. The contents made available in an online manner through EPSA are not solely from the courses conducted by INTAN but also comprise of courses from other public sector training institutes. EPSA provides a common platform on which to improve training programmes and encourage content- sharing within the public sector.

I welcome all public sector personnel to get to know and use EPSA and make it a prime training mechanism. I believe that EPSA will provide the services to strengthen human capital development programmes and subsequently improve the public sector service delivery.

Finally, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all those involved in helping INTAN to make EPSA a reality.
